London Apartments is a property management company based in London.

We are recruiting now for a full time Receptionist to work at one of our central London locations (close to Paddington Station). You’ll be the first friendly face our guests see when they arrive.

As a Receptionist you’ll also have responsibility for maximising occupancy and ensuring that we achieve optimal room rates. We are looking for someone that is obsessive about customer service and delivering brand excellence every shift.

Duties will include:

Answering telephone calls
Dealing with post/emails
Taking in bookings
Check in and Check out
Dealing with customers face to face
Dealing with B2B
All other admin work

Looking for someone that,

Well presented
Is familiar with all Microsoft applications
Excellent telephone manner
Good customer service skills
Ability to multitask

Experience/Other

At least one years experience working as a receptionist or similar.
Speaking more than one language will be preferable.

Starting salary, minimum wage. May increase after probation period.

Shifts - 7am to 3pm, 11am to 7pm and 3pm to 11pm. Monday to Sunday (5 days a week, 2 days off)

Must be eligible to work in the UK.
