Can I view the garage today?
You can view externally any time. We don't tend to do internal viewings but photographs can be provided via email.
How long before the tenancy can commence
Usually around 3 days. 2 copies on the licence agreement will be sent to you to read and sign. You would then return them for a counter signature along with a form of ID showing proof of address. Once this has been received we’ll ask for payment, then as soon as that's been received via BACS you will get your key code.
