Description
Based in the heart of Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an expanding airport transfer company. Serving over 50000 customers per year, we provide cars to London's major airports, UK cruise ports and beyond.
We are currently looking for part-time dispatchers to join our friendly team.
You would be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with opportunities for progression for the right candidates.
Initially the roles would include:
Answering calls from customers and dealing with quotations, bookings etc
Answering emails
Other adhoc admin tasks
After training we would also expect the roles to include:
Liasing with drivers
Effectively allocating jobs to drivers
Monitoring driver performance
Handling customer complaints
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:
Good spoken and written English
Excellent telephone manner
Accurate with good attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Computer literate
Punctual and reliable
Experience not essential, but a "can do" approach is. Successful candidates will be given full training.
May suit student.
Flexibility an advantage
Overtime available at certain times
