It's that time of year again when our much loved staff move on to pastures new, return to university or travel the world….therefore we are recruiting!
We are in need of the following positions:
1 x P/T floor staff (20 hours per week – potentially F/T from September)
The ideal candidate must be available for early starts (8am), flexible, reliable and be willing to lend a hand in all aspects of the business as and when needed. The hours of work are primarily Fri/Sat/Sun with the occasional mid-week shift. Shift patterns vary from 5-10 hours.
Essential experience
• Table service
• Bar tending experience
• Food running/bussing
Desirable experience
• The ability to make cocktail background
• Making coffees
1 x F/T Bar staff (35-50 hrs per week)
The ideal candidate must be able to work late nights (weekend finished 3-5am), be reliable and willing to get involved in all aspects of the business. Hours of work will be 2 weekend nights, plus 2/3 week day nights. Shift patterns vary from 9-12 hours.

We are a small, tight team at Trof and although the roles are different everyone mucks in as and when needed
