It is in brand new condition - it is in the spare room and has only been used twice.
This is very good quality which we bought for £299, not the cheap ones that make noises when you move about on it or feel like it's going to break in couple of weeks.
The bed is too big for the room hence the reason for sale.
It is from a pet free and smoke free house.
