BRC is currently recruiting for an energetic and motivated resourcer to join Clifton office, Bristol. We provide nursery staff and support workers to early years and social care settings across Bristol and the South West area. The role will suit a bright, confident, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic who enjoys speaking to people over the phone and face to face.
The role:
- Online sourcing of candidates for open positions
- Telephone interview candidates
- Support all the consultants in the office with day to day duties
- Advertise jobs
- Organise your day to ensure you respond to all job applications; deal with any telephone and email enquiries.
- Prepare the candidate's CV for sending to clients.
- Source references
- Filling shifts and bookings as they come in
- Keeping the candidates availability up to date
About you:
- Ideally either working in a sales, customer Service role, resourcing or telephone based role (not essential)
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent communicator, rapport and relationship builder
- Highly organised and has strong time management skills
