Description
Class Recruitment is working with a nursery in Filton; they have an opening for pre-school Room leader for their pre-school.
The nursery is based in a purpose built building over 2 floors; they take children from 3 months to 5 years. The children have access to an enclosed outdoor area and bark a surface that is divided for different age ranges. The successful pre-school Room manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the pre-school.
The successful pre-school Room manager will have
• NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Knowledge of OFSTED standards and the EYFS
• Excellent communication skills
• A proven track record with people management.
• Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc.
