Live-in au pair required for a friendly family in Herne Bay, Kent

Dear Candidate,
We are an English/ Estonian family living in the seaside town of Herne Bay in the "Garden of England" with the Cathedral city of Canterbury close by (where we both work) and within 65 miles of London.
We have two children living with us permanently aged two and seven plus an older child aged twelve who stays one night a week. We have a family cat ( Mona) whom our children adore!
We are looking for a warm , friendly ,enthusiastic, flexible and reliable person who loves children, who is willing to to help us look after our children and our home on a long term basis( Minimum one year)

What we are looking for:
• Getting our seven year old girl ready for school
• Looking after our 2 year old son whilst we are at work
• Daily school runs (mostly afternoons collecting from bus stop 10 mins walk from house)
• 1 to 2 nights a week babysitting
• Child care when the children are not at school/nursery (half term, holidays etc)
• Cooking/washing up
• House cleaning and general household tidying
• Laundry & ironing
• Sorting out the children’s clothes and toys
• At least 12 months commitment
• CRB check or equivalent
• Availability from End of August / beginning of Sept 2016
Happy to discuss flexible schedule eg some long days, some short days.

What you can expect:
• Free accommodation in a newly constructed private garden house/studio with ensuite shower room, (use of adjacent barrel sauna)
• Unlimited wi-fi internet
• £10 month mobile phone allowance
• £400.00 per calendar month (Net)
• All meals
• Two days off a week (normally the weekend)
• A friendly, welcoming home

The candidates must have:
• Good English
• At least 23 years old
• At least one years childcare experience
• Love of children and animals
• Confident that they can clean and iron well
• High standards of safety
• Be extremely clean and tidy themselves
• Driving license would be an advantage but not essential
