I am offering a nice furnished double room in my 4 bed house. Female only as I still would like to keep my comfort and privacy.
The room is fairly spacious and fully furnished. The property is a 2 floor end terrace house in a quiet pedestrian strip but very close to shops and all amenities with excellent public transport to all parts of London.
Kennington Tube station is less than 10 minutes' walk and buses can be taken from Walworth Road or Kennington Park Road. P5 bus stops are just behind the house.
The house has a great kitchen with all mod cons, a large sitting room facing a decent size back garden and a toilet downstairs; upstairs there are the rooms and a bright modern bathroom.
The rent is £800 per calendar month (All bills included). I will require a deposit of £900.
You would be sharing the property with me only. I work mainly from home but I am often away for few days at a time.
