Hi,
My flatmate is moving out at the start of July and we are looking for someone to fill her room. The flat is in Kingsdown- a quiet area just a stone's throw from the the centre, Stokes Croft and Gloucester Road, with brilliant local pubs.
The flat has two double bedrooms, is fully-furnished (NB the furniture has been updated since the photos) and has great views over the city. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and there is one shared bathroom/WC with a bath and shower.
The room is £500/month. We haven't been here long, but estimate the totals bills to work out as approximately £120 per person per month. The flat is managed by the landlady but the contract was drawn-up by an estate agent, who would charge £150 for adding a new name to the tenancy. The tenancy agreement is initially for 3 months with the possibility of extending it.
I am 34 and work as a primary school teacher in Bristol; I recently moved to the city after three years living and working in Madrid. I am looking for a flatmate who is outgoing, enjoys sharing meals, and will help me keep the flat in a good state. I have to get up early for work so am not usually up into the small hours during the week.
I am looking for a professional in their 30s (no couples, please) to take the second bedroom.
