Directly opposite the flat are buses that regularly run to Elephant & Castle & Clapham Common and in the opposite direction Mitcham and Streatham.

Flat mate:
Current tenant is staying on in the flat and he is 33 years old male professional. He is a great flatmate and is highly sociable but also likes to keep himself to himself if necessary. He has a passion for sports, music and films (his music and DVD collections are to be admired). He has been living in London for around 6 years and has a great welcoming social circle and he has a cracking sense of humour and always good value for striking up conversation and enjoy a sociable drink or bite to eat. He is incredibly tidy and willing to help out if needed to. I will be gutted to be leaving this flat and particularly this flatmate. Ideal tenant will be a professional with a good social side and similar interests.
