I am looking for a 2 poss 3 bedroom house/bungalow/mobile home to rent within the area of Dulverton/Tiverton/South Molton, rural preferred but not essential. Around £550 pcm although may be able to pay a small top-up. I am a widow with a young teenage daughter so would have to except direct payments of LHA. I have 4 cats who are mostly outdoors & 2 quiet, well behaved dogs that are kept in the utility, but, I am aware that animals may not be possible, i will be still willing to view. Must be a long term let as we have been in our present home for 18 months & have to leave as being sold.
