Retiring professional couple are seeking 2/3 bedroom property, preferably between Aberaeron to Cardigan area, for long term lease. We have a family consisting of 1 cat, 2 dogs, which we intend keeping , we also have 5 hens and 1 miss pig which if possible we would like to keep also so would need a little land. None of which actually live in the house. We are none smokers and can supply references.
