35yr old male looking for a place to live asap, will pay whoever my full housing benefit claim each month if they dont mind waiting for it to be processed. I have no money for a deposit but I will claim housing benefit the day I move in, I believe I get £350 upwards a month so it could suit somebody looking to make quick money. short term stay would be fine too.
