Waking Night Staff required to support one gentleman with learning disabilities.

. Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, candidate who is positive about people with special needs. The role is dynamic and all about maximising potential and whilst promoting independence. Candidates must hold a drivers licence and be willing train. There are opportunities to progress. We support fantastic individuals in daily living / working/ study / making friends / looking after their accommodation / health and most importantly keeping safe and happy.

Full training given- previous experience valued both work related and life's experience.The primary focus of the job is to enable those individuals we support to have active and fulfilled lives. It's exciting and challenging work. We are looking for positive people with good communication skills to Join our friendly team. Full training is given. We meet the expense of a DBS check and you are paid for all training attended. Flexibility is required and being open minded and non judgmental towards individuals we support. A drivers licence is required although having a car is not essential as we have cars for use when at work.
