The flat comprises two rooms along with a shared spacious living/dinning room, kitchen and bathroom. The building is situated in the lovely St Andrew's Square, its a secure building in a lovely area with a lift which comes in handy!
The sublet is for 2-3 months to take over my room while I am away. It is available from approximately mid/late-September until December (exact dates TBD). Some flexibility can be accommodated on move in/out dates.
Sublet rent is £350 without bills. Total monthly bills are approximately £130 depending on electricity usage in colder months. Current bills for the flat are electricity (£20-40) broadband (£10), council tax (£88) and tv license.
We are not a party flat! We're sociable coffee-lovers who enjoy some banter here and there, but do not constantly have guests over and respect each others' spaces. You will be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, a female professional in her mid-20s who enjoys cooking and a glass of wine while watching some tele at night. Very easy going and happy to socialise a little or let you be if preferred :)
