Double room available in a two bedroom flat. Short-term let is available and preferred with someone who would stay until at least end of Sept.
The flat is fully furnished, with a sunny shared living room, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a bath and electric shower. The flat is located behind Nicholson Street, so is very central but tucked away from the traffic and noise. It has great views of Arthur's Seat and is 5 mins from Holyrood Park and the Meadows.
Other flatmate is a 28 y/o female. No preference over gender but either professional or post-grad. Looking for someone who is use to house-shares, who is independent but who enjoys living with others and doesn't mind doing their share of cleaning and buying bins bags. The flat is strictly non-smoking.
The rent price is £380p/m plus a 50% share of council tax which is an additional £70. If you are a student and liable for a discount we can factor that in. Rent includes internet, TV licence and care of stairs and garden. There are separate utilities bills - these are paid every 3 months and average out around £30 per person per month. One month's rent is required as deposit.
