Made of cast iron to retain and distribute heat evenly, our cast iron frying pan is just the thing for a quick small meal. It\'s oven safe up to 200?C, so if you fancy melted cheese on top of your Spanish omelette, you can pop the whole pan under the grill, or into the oven. Perfect for small meals, single serves or starters.

Care and use:
Save on energy by using the right sized heat source for the width of the pan. Don\'t allow the flame or heat source to go beyond the base of the pan
Don\'t leave the pan empty when the heat is on and don\'t allow the pan to boil dry
Make sure the handles are not left over a heat source. And always lift the cast iron from the hob when moving - don\'t drag it as this may cause scratches
To keep it looking its best, only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils
How to clean:
Remove all packaging. Before using for the first time, hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly afterwards
Hand wash only
Make sure the cast iron is cool before washing or putting in water, this will prevent the pan from warping. Always dry thoroughly before putting it away
