Office Manager
We are a successful and expanding property maintenance company in South Woodham Ferrers looking for a focused and motivated Office Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office, supporting the Directors and leading the administration and accounts teams.
Skills required:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• A high level of organisational and administrative skills are required at both management and hands on level
• Effective communication skills at all levels, verbally and in written form
• Able to work calmly and effectively in an organized manner with attention to detail
• Excellent telephone manner
• Able to prioritise a variety of demands whilst working under pressure
• Be able to ensure that current processes are maintained to a high level and propose new ways of effective working
• A comprehensive knowledge of compiling documentation for tenders, annual accreditation renewals, Risk Assessments and Method Statements, O&M manuals & CDM knowledge is essential.
• Hold the responsibility for training and coaching the admin team
• Reliability and flexibility essential
Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday with 45 minutes for lunch.
