Medical Receptionist – 17.5 hours per week

Victor Street Surgery, a busy (12,300 patients) GP Practice in Shirley, Southampton are looking to recruit an enthusiastic part-time (17.5 hours per week) Medical Receptionist to join the team and work the following days/hours per week.
Tuesday – 8am – 12.30pm
Wednesday – 8am – 12.30pm
Friday 8am - 5.30pm
Ideal candidate would be a confident communicator with excellent customer service/administration skills and the ability to react quickly and multi-task. Duties will include answering telephones, reception desk, dealing with queries from patients and other administrative duties. Some flexibility required to cover holidays, sickness and an occasional Saturday morning.
