We’re incredibly proud of our brand and service standards, and to help us to maintain these, we’re currently on the lookout for a skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join the team, on a 9 month fixed term basis.
In this role, you’ll own, deliver and constantly evaluate operational skills training across your area of responsibility, as well as managing and a team of venue based mentors, making sure their skills and knowledge are at a consistent level at all times.
You’ll set challenging targets for your team, and report and monitor on training compliance, customer feedback and how this can be improved.
You’ll be heavily involved with new starter training and onboarding, ensuring full compliance and that every new employee has an exceptional welcome to the business.
To be successful in this role, you should be experienced in leading training needs assessments and leading/working with new training initiative projects. You’ll be skilled in planning, designing and delivering training programmes and have strong working knowledge of training models and approaches.
Customer focused with strong communication skills, you’ll be passionate about both self-development and imparting training to others.
Ideally, you’ll have gained experience from a training role within a hospitality environment, and have a good understanding of the day to day operations of food/beverage led businesses. Travel is involved within this role, so you should hold a full driving licence.
