Description
Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate for a lovely double bedroom in beautiful garden flat in South Ealing from late August on.
*Room & Flat*
The room is unfurnished but has a stunning feature fireplace and a couple of bookshelves. It's facing the front garden and gets plenty of sunlight during the day. The measurements are approximately 3.4 m x 4.3 m, so there is plenty of space for a big bed, wardrobe and other furniture.
The flat itself is a gorgeous garden flat in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a shared living room which is small but cosy. It has a comfy couch, arm chair and a dining table. The kitchen comes with fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and loads of storage and space to prepare meals. The bathroom with its clawfoot tub has old timey charm. If you're into BBQing or relaxing in the "sun" - look no further: the deal also includes a charming garden. I've started putting some love into the garden this year, planting flowers and finally getting some decent outdoor furniture. There is also a semi-hidden front garden that offers enough room for a bike or scooter.
*You*
I'm looking for someone who is tidy, a non-smoker, equipped with a sense of humour, passionate about stuff, up for a chat and likes to go out once in a while.
*Me*
I'm an exiled German and work in e-learning. I've been living in London for almost 4 years and wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now. I like to meet up with friends, read, make stuff, binge on TV series, geocache and geek around. I also have two cats, which are very friendly and like a cuddle.
*Area*
The area is fairly quiet, there are plenty of shops around the corner and Ealing Broadway has a lot of restaurants, pubs, stores and a small shopping centre. South Ealing station (Piccadilly line) can be reached within 5 minutes and there are the 65, E3 and N11 bus with connections to Ealing Broadway, Kew, Richmond, Kingston, Greenford, Chiswick as well as Liverpool Street.
Let me know if you'd like to check out the room and have a chat - I'm usually home around 5.30/6pm during the week. My flatmate is moving out on 27.8. - move in date would ideally be between then and 1.9.
*Admin stuff*
Please be aware that the flat is managed by an agency so there will be an agency fee for setting up the contract and referencing which is £125. The rent is £725 plus bills which are £105 currently.
