Large double bedroom in Clifton

I am looking for a flatmate to join a cosy apartment in Clifton, just off triangle. I have a large double bedroom, all furnished available from 1st of July.

In the room:
*Double bed + bedding
*Bedside table
*Desk
*Chair
*Wardrobe + hangers
*Shelves
*Mirror
*Curtains

The flat itself is fully furnished with all white goods in the kitchen. Please note there is no living room in the flat. The room is usually best suited for a person who hasn't got a lot of belonging and needs all in accommodation.

The rent is £420 and the bills are £100 on the top of your rent.
There is no minimum contract but one month notice is required when moving out. There is a holding deposit of £420 required when moving in returnable at the end of tenancy.
