Hello,
We have a lovely KING SIZE bedroom available in a shared house in Redfield, £540 per month including bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water and WIFI).
You would be sharing with 3 other professionals.
We are looking to share with someone who is also relaxed and considerate.
We are looking for a professional who is friendly and considerate and likes a clean and tidy house.
The house is a Victorian terrace. It is cosy, clean and decorated to a high standard. There are some beautiful period features such as the ceiling and fireplace in the living room. There is bare floorboards and quite a few plants in the house.
There is a south facing garden that gets sun throughout the day in the summer, it has lots of flowers and some fruit trees (there is a considerable apple crops).
The KING SIZE bedroom is furnished and includes: a double bed, and a big wardrobe. It is on the first floor and overlooks Victoria Avenue..
There is a 6 month minimum agreement and a one month notice from either side after that. You will be asked to pay a deposit of £400. The house is a non-smoker’s house, but people can still smoke in the back garden, but not inside the house.
PLEASE NOTE: there is no place to store a bicycle inside the house. It is possible to lock it outside in the small front court yard bit though.
Netham and St Georges Park are on the doorstep, local shops are located on Church Road including TESCO, GREGS, LOYDS PHARMACY, ALDI, LIDDL, grocery and other independent shops where you can find ethnic food. Also Grounded (the best Café in Bristol!-best pizzas and cappuccinos) is 10 minutes away on Church road.
Other amenities include: Easton Leisure Centre and City Academy (various sports and evening classes).
The surrounding area is well served by transport links - Lawrence Hill train station links across Bristol. Also, servicing Temple Meads , Clifton, Redland, Montpelier, Filton and Bath.
It takes 20 minutes to walk into town (Cabot Circus) 20 minutes walk to Temple Meads.
The area is also well connected by bus-there is just a 10 min bus ride to the City Centre or Cabot Circus.
The following buses stop on Church Rd, a minutes walk away: 41, 43, 44, 44A, 45, 332, 635, and the N3.
The house is located in the best quadrant of the city for Temple Mead Station too and M32 motorway.
