Description
Hi I am a single male aged 33 looking to rent privately (no admin fees, no agencies, etc) a small 1-2 bedroom house or flat in nice quiet parts in/around Tamworth.
I am not looking for a room!
I am a tidy, respectful and friendly guy living alone. I am self employed with a regular provable income. I work as a courier driver, and so do have a large but clean van.
I work long hours, so a quiet area, nice neighbours and a maintained home are must haves.
I am very capable of DIY myself, however time dependant.
