If you want explosive strength and power use the chains. Each chain is 6 ft 5 inches long, each chain weighs 15kg, you add them to your bar and as the weight is lifted up the weight from the chain comes off the floor and increases, as the bar goes down the weight decreases. Can be used with weights or without. Massive improvements in strength and power. Each chain has its own olympic collar simply hook on and add to the plates already on your bar, this makes the all difference to muscle fibre growth. Can be used on a standard bar if you wish. Used for curls, presses, squats, bench press, galvanised steel chain. Bar and stand not included.
