I have a spare room to rent in a very lovely flat. There's a shared living room with TV (TV licence covered) and balcony, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
I don't mind if you smoke, however this is only permitted in the balcony. Flat is situated very close to the city centre 15 minutes walking distance.
