I am 31 years old professional who works in the centre of town Monday to Friday. As I love outdoor sports, I tend to spend my weekends playing up north.
I am looking for someone for a six month period as my partner is moving to the Highlands for a job. It could be longer but we can review this later in the year!
The total cost of the rent plus all bills is £550.
The flat is available from 15th August 2016.

As I don't enjoy going out much to clubs etc, I would rather someone who isn't a 'party animal'. Also would need to be a non smoker!
