Double room is available in a female flatshare in the prime West End location. We are looking for mature clean and friendly flatmate (preferably professional as we pay council tax). All flatmates are in their late 20s.
We live in 5 bedroom HMO flat - the flat is huge and, since most of us are working, at times we hardly see each other. We share the kitchen and the bathroom. There is plenty of storage space in the flat with the box room and several cupboards.
It is 1 min walk to Great Western Road, 2 min to Byres Road, very good with transport links as buses are just round the corner and it is about 4-5 min walk to Hillhead subway station. Waitrose, Tesco, M&S and Post Office are just minutes away as well as plenty of other shops, restaurants and bars.
The room has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Landlord just got a new mattress.
Rent is £330 per month + deposit of £330.
Council tax is only £40 per person per month.
Bills are cheap as well.
High speed Virgin internet at no extra cost.
You will have to sign a contract with the landlord but he's a cool and flexible guy.
