Hi potential housemates,

My girlfriend and I are moving back to Australia and will therefore reluctantly have to give up our room.
We live in a two story three-bedroom house that benefits from a massive lounge/dining, porch, garden and drive (can fit two cars). The landlord has also recently been so kind as to renovate the house throughout including white goods. The room itself is located upstairs to the front of the house, it is rather on the cosy side (refer to the display picture) which is more than compensated by the generous living spaces and nail bitingly cheap rent.

You’ll be sharing with two young professional guys aged 25 & 35 who are both easy going and sociable housemates, who we hope you will enjoy living with just as much as we have. Rowan is a super yacht crewman turned builder and Duncan works as a supervisor at one of Bristol’s better pubs (there are a lot).

• Bus stop next to train station. Buses: 3A/22/52/75/672
• Tesco/pubs/Lidl just a stones throw away
• North streets extensive list of shops are just a short walk
• Is approximately a 20min walk to the city center


The ideal housemate would be someone who wants to spend time socially in the shared spaces but is also respectful of personal space and of course does their share of the household tasks.

• Room is unfurnished (can buy current if you want which comprises of bedside table, chest of drawers and double bed £160)
