Cosalt Torino static caravan 28x10 foot, year 2000.
Ideal for couples or house renovation.
No damp to the caravan - we lived in this caravan over winter and had no problems with damp or cold.
1 bedroom, electric flush toilet and shower. Separate living room, open kitchen and dining room. Boiler and hot water. There is a gas fire in the living room and radiator in the bedroom.
The caravan Is furnished with a gas cooker, fridge, table and chairs, double mattress and bed frame, we built a wardrobe to fit in the living room alcove, which can be put back in the caravan free of charge - please note the caravan does not come with living room furniture.
The 2nd bedroom could be put back, we can supply wall boards.
The caravan isn't sited and transport will be required.
