Hello!
I am moving out of my lovely flat and my double bedroom becomes available from the 4th of October (can be the 1st if needed).
The flat is shared with two other females (postgraduate and young professional). It is located by St George's Cross Subway station, literally a min walk away. The location is really perfect, close to both the West End and city centre!
The flat has a massive kitchen that works as social area. It is a bright flat, there is wooden floor throughout, double-glazing and new shower and heating.
We are looking for a postgraduate or young professional (to share council tax with) who is tidy and clean, respects private space and is generally nice to talk to! Nothing special but common sense. My two flatmates are lovely and I am truly sad to leave them!
